The appearance of a set of songs that could be performed only with an acoustic guitar but approached from a "sound psychedelia" were the new ways that Carca found to break an eleven-year recording silence with "Carcasutra", his new production in which elements that make up a kind of trademark throughout its history coexist with what is new. This is his return to the recording arena after "Carca registered", his last album from 2012 in which he combined some new compositions with a kind of anthology from "Miss Universo", his first album; during a period in which he remained active, both with Babasónico and as a soloist, although, from his point of view, there were no developments that would justify a production with unreleased songs. "It seems as if I had not had time in the environment due to different activities in which I am involved, but it was not due to lack of time. I have plenty of time, desire and energy, but the truth is that I had not been able to give, despite to work a lot, with music that I considered new, surprising and different. It was quite simple for me to do more of the same, but I don't find any fun or challenge in that," the musician was sincere in dialogue with Télam. And he expanded: "Especially because I had been making quite marked meta rock. I had lost focus on the most experimental and psychedelic part. That experimentation had become more focused on the format, which at that time had more to do with rock. Luckily , I was able, I don't know if I evolved, but I was able to find new forms of music for myself. The versatile artist considered that the way to follow was presented to him with the song "Silente, the serpent", the first he recorded of the ten that make up the album, when he found that it was "a song that was really new and fresh." . "Although it may resemble my more experimental albums, here we arrived at an experimental format that does not lose its status as a song. We found something that completely seduced us and that expelled us from the possible embarrassment of addressing simpler songs in their genesis, which They could be performed with a Creole guitar, but at the same time intervened by a sound psychedelia that appears thanks to the experience acquired in these years," explained Carca, who chose to speak in plural because he highlighted that he usually works with a team.
